Analysis of Facebook Exchange

Following is an analysis of the Facebook Exchange documented in the previous post. 

An important omission is the category of 'consonant/inconsonant', which is determined by tone of voice, and an obviously extremely important piece of verbal interaction.  Tone of voice can shift statements from one chatagorization of verbal behavior to another (i.e., "I'm so glad you're here!" can be said with inner-feeling, which is a form or resonating, or with sarcasm, which is a form of fighting).

	An interesting thread from the above interaction is the idea that people bring some sort of intrinsic motivation to the table when addressing an opinion	Opinion	Influencing	Potential	Topic:  Orienting	Divergent	On topic
	- flight from the situation ("some would avoid provocative or polarizing or challenging"; "camps of like-minded folk and nothing much is gained") or fight ("others rush into contentious debates"; "most folk's objective is to slam opposing thought").
